Mathieu Dupré - Founder & CEO
Mathieu Dupré is an innovative and dynamic leader with a strong background in business law and extensive experience in wealth management, mergers and acquisitions, and private equity. After transitioning into the tech industry and completing a program at the Blockchain Business School, he became a certified blockchain Tech Lead with expertise in smart contract development and Web3 technologies.
With over a decade of experience managing wealth management operations and driving innovation and digital transformation projects, Mathieu has worked for leading law firms and companies. His expertise spans business law, wealth management engineering, innovation management, blockchain technology, and entrepreneurship, making him a versatile and forward-thinking CEO for TokAssets.
He holds a Master’s degree in Wealth Management Engineering and a Master's degree in Entrepreneurship & Innovation Management from emlyon business school as well as an advanced certification in Corporate Finance from HEC.
His vision is to revolutionize the asset management industry through tokenization and blockchain-driven solutions.

Under Mathieu's direction:
- TokAssets has adopted a robust technical stack built on Rust and Next.js, using Clean Architecture and Domain-Driven Design to ensure long-term maintainability and performance.
- TokAssets’ smart contracts are built using the Diamond Standard (EIP-2535), enabling modular and upgradeable architecture ideal for complex tokenization flows involving compliance, KYC, asset redemption, and white-label customization.
- The smart contracts will be deployed first on Polygon zkEVM to qualify for early-stage grants, with planned multi-chain expansion to Base, Linea, Arbitrum, and Scroll to maximize interoperability and reach.
- TokAssets is also being structured to serve as a white-label solution for banks and institutional players, enabling them to tokenize their assets securely and compliantly on a turnkey infrastructure. They can also opt to offer TokAssets’ certified and tokenized assets — such as diamonds or gold — to their own clients, expanding their investment offerings instantly with trusted, compliant products.
